LAVA CUBE is a compact system for laser beam welding in vacuum (LBW), combining the advantages of laser processing with the benefits of a controlled vacuum environment. The system is designed for high-precision welding of small to medium-sized components, particularly for materials that are difficult to process with conventional laser welding.
By performing laser welding in vacuum, the LAVA CUBE enables deep penetration welds with reduced spatter, minimized porosity, and improved weld quality. The process is especially beneficial for highly reflective materials such as copper and aluminum, which are increasingly important in modern manufacturing and e-mobility applications.
