Threaded Lifting Pins self-locking, with rotatable shackle
Heavy-duty lifting element for quick and easy use, with moveable, rotatable shackle and locking stud to provide protection against unintentional unlocking. For lifting loads, the threaded lifting pin is inserted into a threaded hole. In contrast to a ringbolt, time-consuming screwing in and out is therefore unnecessary. The rotatable shackle will always align with the tensile direction of pull without the pin rotating. This prevents the lifting device from being turned out of the thread and the component can be lifted safely.
All versions are corrosion-protected. The version made of stainless steel is also resistant to corrosion and weathering, so it is also suitable for external use. In addition, the high-strength, precipitation-hardened pin makes extreme loads possible.
Lifting Pins self-locking / Lifting Pins self-locking, stainless steel
Lifting pins are quick and easy to use, robust lifting devices for crane-supported or manual lifting and transporting of loads. The hoisting device is TÜV tested and corrosion and weather resistant.
Lifting Pins
Lifting pins are TÜV-tested, quick and easy to use, robust carrying elements with movable shackle or handle. Lifting pins are often also referred to as shackle pins. The load lifting device can be used for crane-supported lifting of loads. Drill holes H11 are sufficient for the operation.
The extensive product range includes various designs from stock:
Steel / stainless steel (suitable for outdoor use)
With moveable shackle / handle (for lifting and carrying by hand)
Up to 1.000 kg load capacity
As accessories we offer
Locating bushings
Locating bushings, plain (for flush installation in components)
Locating bushings with seal, plain (for flush installation in components, additionally with seal to protect against the infiltration of liquids and dirt)
For special applications, special versions can also be engineered and manufactured.
In addition to our lifting pins you can find also threaded lifting pins in our product range.
Spring Plungers and Spring Bodies
Spring plungers are spring elements comprised of a ball and a pin. Spring plungers are also often referred to as ball catches. They are suitable for an extensive array of applications across a wide range of different industries, e.g. for fixing, locking in place, positioning and as a detent or for ejection.
The assembly procedure and the specific manufacturing process we use allow us to guarantee a superior level of functional reliability - for example, through certified spring loads and spring travel.
Our exhaustive product portfolio comprises a large number of in-stock designs:
With thread, for screw-in models (M3 to M24), and smooth press-in models (diameter 2 to 12 mm)
Bodies made of steel, stainless steel (1.4305), and plastic
Balls made of hardened steel, stainless steel (1.4305), plastic, and ceramic
Pins made of hardened steel, stainless steel (1.4305) and plastic
Various spring loads (light, standard, heavy)
Installation using internal hexagon and slot
With / without head (threaded model)
With / without collar (smooth model)
Spring plungers with a moving ball are the latest addition to the product family. As well as minimising wear on the counter piece, the plastic mounted balls are electrically insulated.
As an option complementing the threaded model, we also offer thread coatings.
Supplementing our metric product portfolio, selected designs are also available in inch dimensions.
For particular applications, special designs can also be designed and manufactured.
Ball Lock pins, socket pins, clamping pins (safety pins) and matching locating bushings as well as retaining cables
Ball lock pins are self-locking pins. The balls are unlocked without tools by means of a press button. Often ball lock pins are also called locking pin, safety pin or quick release pin. They can be used in many different industries and applications, such as fixing, locking, connecting, adjusting or for a quick change of positions.
Ball lock pins are extremely resistant to shear and corrosion as well as they are optimally protected against wear.
This extensive product range includes various designs from stock:
Different handle versions (T-Handle, L-Handle, mushroom handle, safety handle, standard handle, elastic handle, combination handle in four colour variants - orange, grey, blue and black)
Choice of different materials (stainless steel 1.4305, stainless steel 1.4542 and titanium)
Ball lock pin, self-locking, with adjustable handle (adjustable clamping length)
Socket pin with spring-loaded balls (not self-locking)
Clamping pins, self-locking, with span compensation
As accessories we offer:
Locating bushings for ball lock pins and socket pins
Locating bushings with flange for ball lock pins and socket pins
Retaining cables in different versions
In addition to the metric product range, versions according to the aviation standards (MS17984 - MS17987) are also available in INCH dimensions.
For special applications, customized designs can also be engineered and manufactured.
