About us
CORODUR Fülldraht GmbH is one of the world wide leading manufacturer and specialist in the development and production of flux-cored wires as well as wires and powders for Arc spraying, Laser cladding applications or PTA Cladding. CORODUR is producing approx. 450 different alloys which will be distributed to End users, OEM´s or Distributors.
With an annual production of more than 3500 tons, Corodur Fülldraht GmbH is certainly one of the most internationally renowned flux cored wire manufacturers.
The CORODUR product portfolio includes flux-cored wires for hardfacing applications in the alloying groups of low- and middle alloyed steels, tungsten carbide alloys, tool steels, nickel-base alloys, abrasion-resistant carbide-containing materials, Nano alloy materials for highest abrasion resistance, impact-resistant alloys, cobalt alloys and many others.
Furthermore CORODUR produces ARC Spraying flux-cored wires, Flame spraying powders as well as PTA/Laser Cladding powders for corrosion resistance and/or wear resistance wear protection.
The industrial focus is mainly in the equipment industry like: cement industry, mining industry, agriculture industry, power plant construction and recycling. The high production depth is complemented by our own development and the realization of individual customized requirements.
With its production location in Germany, Corodur is able to respond flexibly and in the shortest possible time to customer requirements and offers comprehensive services with its existing welding and industrial expertise.
CORODUR was founded more than 40 years ago, and has currently around 50 employees.
